The Process as it is Here The process begins with clients awarding jobs to production companies who in turn hire casting directors to find actors through agents. There is no difference here. The levels of accessibility throughout this network are in place to help the process and the individuals responsible for casting to do the best and most efficient job possible. To begin, breakdown listings initiate a request for agents to submit actor recommendations. The recommendations, through the use of grouping and numbering, can be organized into preference order. Remember, once actors have been selected through this process sides and audition instructions are sent automatically.
